- Education for All: Provision of free education to over 1,500 students through AKPS&C (Ahmed Khan Public School & College), including 600 girls who now have access to formal schooling for the first time.
- Girls’ Empowerment: Special emphasis on promoting girls’ education in conservative tribal communities where female literacy is alarmingly low.
- Volunteerism: Kaka Shaheed Foundation (KSF) a key social welfare branch of Ahmed Khan Educational System runs its programs largely through a volunteer model, channeling community support for social change in areas such as Killa, Abdullah, Chaman, Pishin and Quetta.
- Clean Water Distribution: Drinking water delivered to remote households lacking access to clean water.
- Qarz-e-Hasna Program ( Charitable Loan:- Initiated interest-free microfinance support to widows, women entrepreneurs, and deserving families.
- Scholarship Program: Scholarships awarded to dozens of deserving students from various districts of Balochistan and other provinces for higher studies.
- Community Mobilization: Awareness campaigns on hygiene, peacebuilding, and social cohesion in tribal belts.
- Free Medical Camps:- Free medical camps are organized in a far flung areas under the umbrella of KSF.

Ahmed Khan Education System (AKES) aims at bringing quality education to underserved regions of Balochistan with a special focus on girls’ education and inclusive learning environments.
